By including testing in this package, we can take the guesswork out of your fertility. Allowing us to focus on the areas in need of support based on lab testing. This helps lay out a clear, focused roadmap for you so you can achieve your goals. Additionally, follow-up sessions are included to help set small, achievable goals to guide you back to your best version of you.
Total cost: $1462.5 (includes all session costs)
* Seven payments of $243.75. Superbill for insurance reimbursement is available for the lab review time, as well as the initial and follow-up sessions.
*Blood draw fee not included as it is a separate service
