This package is designed to get to the root of your fertility concerns using both testing and your health questionnaire to dive deeper. By including testing in this package we are able to take the guesswork out when it comes to your fertility. Allowing us to focus on the areas in need of support based on lab testing. This helps lay a clear and focused roadmap for the you, so that you can achieve your goals. Additionally, follow up sessions are included to help set small achievable goals to guide you back to your best version of you.
Total cost: $4,675 (includes all testing and session cost)
* Payment is two payments of $600 followed by ten payments of $347.50. Superbill for insurance reimbursement available for the lab review time, as well as initial session and follow up sessions.
